Car Talk is a Peabody Award-winning radio talk show broadcast weekly on NPR stations and elsewhere. Its subjects are automobiles and automotive repair, discussed often in a humorous way. It was hosted by brothers Tom and Ray Magliozzi, known also as Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers.
The show was produced from 1977 to October 2012, until the retirement of the Magliozzi brothers. Edited reruns continue to be available for airing on NPR affiliates.
A Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) (or mobile other licensed operator (MOLO) in the United Kingdom) is a wireless communications services provider that does not own the wireless network infrastructure over which the MVNO provides services to its customers. An MVNO enters into a business agreement with a mobile network operator to obtain bulk access to network services at wholesale rates, then sets retail prices independently. An MVNO may use its own customer service and billing support systems, marketing and sales personnel or it may employ the services of a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE).
Countries such as the United Kingdom, Scandinavian countries, and Spain are leading this business model in Europe.
Customer experience (CX) is the sum of all experiences a customer has with a supplier of goods and/or services, over the duration of their relationship with that supplier. This can include awareness, discovery, attraction, interaction, purchase, use, cultivation and advocacy. It can also be used to mean an individual experience over one transaction; the distinction is usually clear in context.
Analysts and commentators who write about customer experience and customer relationship management have increasingly recognized the importance of managing the customer's experience.
