Its peak was the 1996-1997 season with 98.4% ownership.  As a whole, the television networks of the United States are the largest and most syndicated in the world.
As of August 2013, there are approximately 114,200,000 American households with television.
Big Ten Network
The Big Ten Conference (B1G), formerly Western Conference and Big Nine Conference, is the oldest Division I collegiate athletic conference in the United States. Its twelve member institutions (which are primarily flagship research universities in their respective states, well-regarded academically, and with relatively large student enrollment) are located primarily in the Midwest, stretching from Nebraska in the west to Pennsylvania in the east. The conference competes in the NCAA's Division I; its football teams compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS), formerly known as Division I-A, the highest level of NCAA competition in that sport. Member schools of the Big Ten (or, in two cases, their parent university systems) also are members of the Committee on Institutional Cooperation, a leading educational and research consortium.
Despite the conference's name, the Big Ten actually consists of 12 schools, following the addition of Pennsylvania State University in 1990 and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2011. In 2014, the conference will expand to 14 full members with the additions of the University of Maryland, College Park and Rutgers University, and one affiliate member with the addition of Johns Hopkins University in men's lacrosse. It is not to be confused with the Big 12 Conference, which has ten schools and represents a different region of the country, save for the state of Iowa.
The Big Ten Network (BTN) is an American sports network dedicated to the Big Ten Conference, jointly operated by the conference itself and Fox Sports, and is the first internationally distributed network dedicated to covering a single college conference. The network's lineup includes telecasts of Big Ten events, archived events involving Big Ten schools, studio shows, coach's shows, documentaries, and other programming related to the conference.
The network currently reaches approximately 90 million households nationwide and is available up to an estimated 100 million households in the United States and Canada. It is headquartered in the former Montgomery Ward & Co. catalog building at 600 W. Chicago Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters
WCDN-LP is a religious television station in Cleveland, Ohio, broadcasting locally on channel 7 (virtual channel 53.1) as an affiliate of Daystar. Founded November 30, 1989, the station is owned by Daystar Television Network. Before Daystar, WCDN carried ShopNBC.
WCDN was previously on analog channel 53. In October 2009, WCDN flash cut to its digital signal on channel 7. WCDN is the first low-power TV station in the Cleveland market to convert to digital. WCDN briefly carried a simulcast of WXOX-LP on 53.2.
AIB TV - Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters is an interfaith, spiritual and educational television and internet network with its studios and offices located in Midtown Atlanta. Television can be viewed in 19 metropolitan Atlanta Counties on Comcast Channel 5, AT&T and U-verse Channel 6. The network's programming is also available streaming on-demand from the station's website.
