Dose of Tylenol is based on weight, not age. For 18-23 lbs, the dosage would be 120 mg, Old infant drops: 1½ droppers (1.2 ml). New infant liquid: 3.75 ml in syringe. Children's liquid: 3/4 tsp (3.75 ml in cup). Children's chews or meltaways: 1 1/2.
