How do you make your Easter Eggs?
But I was wondering: How do you guys do your eggs? Are you off the hard-boiled or blow-the-egg-innards-out-of-the-bottom ilk? And what kinds of dyes/decorations do you use?
Anyone for a hard-boiled ostrich egg? They're flying off the shelves - but take 90 minutes to cook
Mrs Westerman says the extra-light white of the egg makes particularly good meringues. But I’m not quite sure what I’d do with 100 ... I decided to boil ours, but it takes 50 minutes to soft-boil an ostrich egg and 90 minutes to hard-boil it.

I'm not a big egg eater, nor do I keep my fridge particularly well stocked with food ... I create a sauce of onion, curry powder, tinned tomato and new potato. I add the hard-boiled eggs. Bliss. I clear my plate but am tempted to leave the eggs.
